Kristen is a member of our litigation group.
Kristen received her LL.B. from the University of Alberta in 2007 and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2008. While in Alberta, Kristen articled and practiced as in-house counsel with the City of Edmonton, where she prosecuted hundreds of bylaw offences in Provincial Court and advised City staff on bylaw enforcement matters. Kristen was called to the B.C. Bar in 2009 and practiced general litigation in Nanaimo prior to joining our firm.
With a commitment to serving local governments and the people they represent, Kristen prosecutes bylaw violations and represents our clients in a wide range of litigation matters.
