Statutory Right to Access
There is a limited statutory right to the disclosure of personal information

that:
A public body may disclose personal information only to an officer
or employee of the public body or to a minister, if the information
is necessary for the performance of the duties of, or for the protection
of the health or safety of, the officer, employee or minister.
