Jeff was called to the Bar in 1997, and practiced local government law as a partner with a prominent firm in the interior of the Province before moving to Vancouver Island in 2017 to join Stewart McDannold Stuart. Jeff has established a solid reputation as litigation counsel, and has represented local governments in hearings, trials and appeals at all levels of Court in British Columbia, as well as before administrative tribunals. Jeff’s approach to practice focuses on problem solving with an emphasis on client-oriented solutions and strategic and effective advocacy. Jeff is a regular legal presenter and contributor at local government conferences.
Jeff enjoys skiing, cooking, spending time with his family, and has fun playing drums in a rock band when time permits.
