Troy DeSouza is a member of our litigation group since his call to the BC Bar in 1998. He served 7 years in the Canadian Forces, obtaining the rank of Captain, and was rated top officer in national competitions. He has been a supervisory voting officer for Elections BC, and a research consultant for the AG Ontario on a project to determine the cost effectiveness of the legal aid system. Troy prosecutes building and other bylaw violations, and represents our clients in statutory and contractual disputes, garnishment, personal injury, bylaw enforcement, planning and zoning, Health Act regulatory matters and insurance defence.
