Contracts and Assignments
Lorena Staples, QC and Guy McDannold are the principal contacts for Regional Health Authorities and, together with Robert Macquisten, Kathryn Stuart and Troy DeSouza provide legal services on public health issues, mental health issues, continuing care matters, freedom of information and privacy, corporate and real estate law to those clients.

(a)	General advice and solicitor services are provided primarily by Lorena Staples and Kathryn Stuart.
(b)	Guy McDannold and Robert Macquisten also provide general advice and are primarily responsible for court and tribunal preparation and appearances, with Guy McDannold as lead counsel. This includes hearings before the Information and Privacy Commission and at Community Care Facilities licensing hearings and appeals.
(c)	Troy DeSouza provides prosecution services.
(d)	Labour law matters are directed to Bruce Jordan.
(e)	All of the members of the firm are familiar with the Freedom of Information and Protection and Privacy Act, having presented or taken part in seminars on those matters and giving advice to the firm’s clients on issues arising out of that Act.
