Robert Peterson is a member of our litigation group. Since his call to the British Columbia bar in 2004, Robert has worked as a litigator and as a solicitor, both in Victoria and Vancouver.

Prior to his call to the bar, Robert obtained a B.A. from the Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies at the University of Washington. Robert received his LL.B. and B.C.L. degrees from McGill University's Faculty of Law, where he was Editor of the McGill Law Journal. He has also spent several years in the charitable sector, both in the United States and Canada.

With a commitment to serving local governments and the people they represent, Robert prosecutes bylaw violations and represents our clients in a wide range of litigation matters.
