Heidi Boudreau

Heidi Boudreau is a member of our solicitor group. Heidi has worked on a wide variety of local government and real estate matters, with a focus on property acquisitions, affordable housing development and commercial leasing. She has also assisted local governments with land use planning, subdivision, and rezoning. Heidi has a keen interest in property law and all matters tied to Land Title registration.

Heidi earned her law degree from the University of New Brunswick in 2016 but studied at the University of Victoria during her final year. She was called to the bar in 2018 after articling with a local firm. Prior to working at Stewart McDannold Stuart, Heidi worked for a regional district and local non-profits.

Heidi’s motivation in her legal practice is to cultivate community through sound legal advice that advances public policy initiatives. Outside of work, Heidi enjoys being outdoors and collecting wilderness survival skills.
